Cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel their monthly subscription at any time before the next scheduled monthly subscription charge. To cancel a subscription, customers must notify Tay Fit Coach Pty Ltd through our website or by contacting our customer support team or through their online account page. Once a cancellation request is received, no further charges will be applied to the customer's account, and their subscription will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds
Once a monthly subscription order has been charged, we are unable to issue any refunds. This policy is in place because work will be undertaken to create and deliver a personalized fitness or nutrition plan shortly after orders are charged. However, should there be any charges taken by error, Tay Fit Coach Pty Ltd reserves no liability. In such cases, we will promptly investigate and, if necessary, action a refund to return the funds to customers who were incorrectly charged.
